Active Ingredients: Dextromethorphan HBr, USP 10 mg; Guaifenesin, USP 200mg
It DOES have Dextromethorphan [a.k.a DXM] which is the same stuff in "Triple C's" or known as "Coricidon Cough and Cold".
Triple C's usually have about 30mg of DXM, if you buy the correct ones, and if you take about five or more [150mg+] will hit you and get you high!

∙ 9y agoIt should be fine to take these medications together. Ask the pharmacist to be sure that the Robitussin formula which you are getting doesn't have any acetaminophen in it.
