It's impossible to know right now (and no Ruka will NOT kill Natsume O.o) he has a "Life Drain" type Alice, when he uses it his life span shortens, he's been forced to use it so much by Persona, so he might die, but remember this is not a tragedy type manga, epic stuff happens, but nobody has died except for bad characters/characters not recognized as attached to the readers that much, like Mikan's father, he was dead "before" the manga. my guess he will either loose his Alice or they will find some miracle recharge cure. Mikan wouldn't be able 2 be happy with anyone else (sorry Ruka I <3 u but u belong with Hotaru :'(...)
