In the recent chapters that was released they had a telepathy Alice going on that enabled the two to hear each others thoughts. So as Mikan was about to leave they both said "i Love you" to each other..And later on ruka says he loves her too but supports natsume and mikan. So i think theyre gonna end up together(NatsumexMikan)

In episode 19 of GA mikan finds herself in the position of the play, its really different from the manga and ends up at a uncomfortable scene. She has to kiss Ruka in order for the play to officially end. She feels bad cuz if she doesnt then she will ruin the play so she whispers. "Luca-pyon?" and he opens his eyes and she says im sorry. then she bends over and there noses touch and then natsume throws a apple at mikan. (curse him!) MIKAN AND RUKA FOREVER!! and also ruka kisses her on the cheek in ch 48 or something.

Most likely it will be NAtsume and Mikan, Hotaru and Ruka. not Mikan and Ruka I agree with whoever wrote this! In the last several chapters, not only does Mikan and Natsume tell each other that they like one another, but Higuchi announes it in the 'relationships' box. If ya look, it says that Ruka likes Mikan 'a bit', and that Natsume and Mikan 'like each other'. Plus, the author draws a chapter page showing Mikan and Natsume looking at each other, holding hands, and the caption says: "Mikan and Natsume, the fated pair". So, no, Ruka and Mikan don't stay together. If Hotaru doesn't go for Prez, then she and Ruka will end up falling for each other.

From Natsume, Mikan isn't just lousy at dancing, but shes even lousy at kissing!Iinchou's Hanted Mansion (Chapter 21) Mikan and Natsume end up in a .. dark.. place...Onwards from chapter 50, after Mikan and Natsume actually kiss, romance starts, and then Luna comes in chapter 75-78 (I'm not sure) and starts to ruin Natsume & Mikan's relationship.More happens when Mikan's mother appears, she finds out who her parents were, and Natsume has to save her in a later chapter, even if it means risking his life.. :O
