I would say both. Unfortunatly she still has lingering feelings for Sasuke. Ch. 540 confirmed that. I'm a NaruSaku fan, but even I'm willing to admit that. Though, for the life of me, I will never understand why Sakura has held on to him for so long. Sasuke is nothing extradonary. He's a jerk, hates her, and tried to kill her twice. That's not love. All the reasons that she loves Sasuke are incredibly superfical and shallow. It's based on his coolness and looks more than anything else. But she also has growing feelings for Naruto and she knows that, but doesn't understand what they are in the least. In my opinion the only emotion Sakura wouldn't understand is true love, so that's why I'm pretty convinced she loves both(maybe Naruto a little more). However, Sakura needs to recognize that, but who knows how long that will take.
