No. Remote Revenge switches the effect to an appropriate monster, and the only appropiate target for Sakuretsu Armor to destroy is an attacking monster.

Let's say you have "Sakuretsu Armor" face-down on your field and your opponent attacks you with their monster.When your opponent declares or states they are attacking with a specific monster, whether they are attack a monster you control or your Life Points directly, you may activate "Sakuretsu Armor". It will negate Trap Hole, but not Sakuretsu Armor. Sakuretsu Armor is most definitely a card that targets, however when Ancient Gear Engineer attacks, the opponent cannot use Spells or Traps until the end of the Damage Step. That means he could not respond to the attack with Sakuretsu Armor in the first place.
