No, it does not. But it does work on dry legs and if you rub it in a circle motion both clockwise and counterclockwise. Hair will grow back, just as if you were to shave or use a hair remover, like Nair.

The Finishing Touch personal hair remover is a tiny personal shaver that can be used to shave small areas of the body, ideally around the head and neck. It works with blades that move back and forth to remove hair, kind of like a Remington shaver but in a different shape/format. Also, you have to push it pretty hard against your skin in order to remove hair.
It depends on what type of nail stickers you are refering to. The small stickers that you decorate your nails with or the large Sally Henson nail stickers that cover your whole finger nail. The Sally Henson nail stickers should come off easily with nail polish remover. The smaller nail stickers tend to depend on the brand. Try fingernail polish remover. If this doesn't work put a little baby oil on the sticker and try again later. I hope this helped.

In the store you would buy hair glue/extentions, you can purchase a white coconut smelling hair glue remover. It will take out all the stickiness also. Its in a white bottle with a red lid. I usually wash my hair, and scrub my head really really good with the shampoo and my fingers and pull out my extentions before rinsing the shampoo out, it will usually slide right out if you pull the extention out from the very bottom end of the hair rather than trying to pull it right off your scalp. You will lose way less hair. To remove the glue left over, using the remover, get a comb and comb through and get all the big balls of glue out, then use a small tooth comb to get the small ones out. Dont use baby oil, it doesnt work and it will just make your hair look oily for days.
