If your hair is dark, then no. If your hair is already light, you can "color" it to change its hue (like redder or yellower or ashy-er)... but you must bleach it (change the chemical composition of the hair) to change the tone (lightness or darkness) of the hair.

peroxide has harsh chemicals that will damage your hair.. and will give you ugly hair.. bleach will help.. but i advise you to get it done professionally at a salon
