Well, if the question asked is about SEVIN Dust, then, Yes, it DOES kill them and is very effective too. I know this is true as I used it myself as part of a strategy to eradicate bed bugs from my home.
BUT -> I was worried about possible side effects from direct contact with my body, face, hair. So I only used it on the box springs, bed frame and carpeted flooring under and around the bed and around the base boards, behind electrical or wall switch covers, etc.
BUT I WOULD NOT USE IT ON THE MATTRESS OR PILLOWS.
