Cramping, nausea, and fatigue can be signs of pregnancy. These symptoms, along with tender, swollen breasts, and frequent urination are the first signs of pregnancy, after a missed period.
Your symptoms of pregnancy will usually appear anywhere from the first week of your expected period to 1-2 weeks after your first week of expected period. What other symptoms are you experiencing and how far along is the pregnancy? If it is early in the pregnancy you may notice your temperature going down as a symptom that the pregnancy is not viable. If you are far enough along you may need to see a doctor to help your body let the pregnancy go. Your body will not always naturally shed the pregnancy (called 'spontaneous abortion') on its own. There are two ways the doctor can help you. If the pregnancy is not viable and is very early there is a pill you can take that will basically make you get a very heavy period. If you too far along they will do a D & C which means they physically scrape out your uteras and remove the pregnancy that way.
if you are early along in your pregnancy a period usually means the end of your pregnancy. i'm sure there are other poosible reasons but i dont know of them.

No. If you are having a period it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant. There are some cases where womans keeps having period along the pregnancy. But it is very rare.
This could be pregnancy related or due to a hormonal imbalance. You need to see your Doctor. PCOS could also be a reason for your delayed period but its unlikely unless you have very irregular periods along with other PCOS symptoms.
Depending how far along you were, it could take a while for the HCG and the progesterone to come down. You could experience symptoms until that happens.
What was the first day of your period? That is more important as that is when pregnancy is counted from.
Lack of pregnancy symptoms is not a cause for concern. Every woman is different, and therefore their symptoms are different; some women have none of the traditional pregnancy symptoms. Consider yourself lucky not to have some of the more unpleasant symptoms, such as morning sickness, that so many women experience! I had no symptoms early in my pregnancy, and I am currently 20 weeks along with a healthy baby boy. If you are still concerned, talk to your OB/GYN, but there is no need to worry! Good luck.
