Without knowing the exact error if the game is not opening when double clicked you may need to reinstall Body Shape. Body Shop does not require a DVD or CD to be inserted. Most likely there is an error with your program. Back up all custom content, and reinstall.

The application is loacated on my Vista like so: "program files/EA Games/The Sims 2 Double Deluxe/Base/CSBin" the application is titled TS2BodyShop
