My sims 2 double deluxe game kepps crashing and frezzing and i havent downloaded anything what can do to fix it?

Download the game if not done already, search for Body Shop on your computer by going to search, I have Vista, so when I searched for Body Shop it started loading right away. The application is loacated on my Vista like so: "program files/EA Games/The Sims 2 Double Deluxe/Base/CSBin" the application is titled TS2BodyShop

actually they are almost the same game, but it is a little different because , the bookworm adventures is not downloaded and the bookworm adventure deluxe is downloaded .

It's easy. Just put the disk in the disk drive on your computer and follow the instructions for installment. Double Deluxe comes with the original Sims 2, it just has Nightlife and Celebration built in.

OR! if u alread downloaded the sims2 pets for double eluxe, then start playing double deluxe, then select a neighborhood and click on a botton that u make familys on, when you cleck on add sim, it will ask you to make a sim, have a baby, or cat or a dog. if this doesnt help then ima sorry becuz i might of not explained it good.
