Do you want to transport them on an occupational basis (e.g., transport them from the RV manufacturer to dealerships or otherwise on a for-hire basis)? Yes, you need a CDL.
Do you want to drive one on a personal, leisure basis? Not at all. They don't fall under FMCSA jurisdiction - they're under the jurisdiction of the state they're registered in. Some states may require a license upgrade - most do not.
