There is about 22 grams of sugar in 40.1 grams of candy in Starburst. So, yes, this is a whole lot! The first ingredient is corn syrup, which is a form of sugar, the second is sugar itself, and the third is concentrated juice (which they would have put in for the natural sugar). Basically, if you want healthy and low sugar, don't eat Starburst.
