Some patients report weight gain with subclinical hypothyroidism. Although the T4 is normal in subclinical hypothyroidism by definition, some patients report symptoms with only the elevated TSH.

If you are meaning a Uterine Fibroid, it should not effect pregnancy weight gain at all.

Weight gain during pregnancy is a complicated matter, but most women will gain between 20 and 30 pounds during pregnancy:

7–8 lbs. for the baby

3–4 lbs. for the Placenta and bag of Waters

10-20 lbs. for Fluid Reserves and Fat used for Breastfeeding, and preventing shock during birth

So, it really has nothing to do with Uterine Fibroids.

If this is your question.

Is pregnancy cause gain weight?

Yes, this is normal. The amount of weight-gain will vary. If you were of an average weight before you became pregnant, you will probably gain about 25-30 lbs. during your pregnancy; if you are expecting twins, that number will be higher-- 35-45 lbs. The weight a woman gains during pregnancy usually will come off gradually, through diet and exercise, after the baby is born and her body recovers. Celebrities who seem to be extremely thin days after giving birth are not the norm; and doctors generally do not recommend extreme weight loss measures after a pregnancy.
