No, no it absolutely won't. It must be tested for as Buprenorphine. Only Opiate derived substances will. So Fentanyl will go buy. I got a job that had a 7-panel urinalysis with a piece of sticker in my mouth. That goodness that monkey is off my back.

I am here to tell you from experience that Suboxone does not show up in a drug test as an opiate. It actually has it's own specific test.

∙ 12y agounless it has recently changed, if it is a pre-employment drug test, it will not. employers are not allowed to test for suboxone because addiction is considered a disease and they aren't allowed to discriminate. if its a probation drug test, they may test for suboxone but no, suboxone never shows up as opiates. there's a separate test they have to run as far as i know.

In a sense. Suboxone contains opiates, and the test is for opiate drugs, not specifically for Suboxone. Tramadol is also an opiate, and so the test will be positive, as it is supposed to be.

Yes. Suboxone contains buprenorphine (and naloxone), and is in the opioid class of medication/drugs. It will test positive for opiates on a simple urine drug screen test. The person above me is an idiot, buprenorphine doesnt show up in any standard urine drug screen, it must be specifically tested for. As far as the military testing for buprenorphine, im currently in the process of finding that out for myself, so far the general concensus is no, but dont take my word for it.
