I think so, but maybe it's b/c of the love potion trap Amy made for Sonic that Cosmo and Tails accidently set off.
This link is to episode 65 where Tails blushes, says she's pretty,saves her and gives her a present, vector, espio and charmy tryed to get them together but their plans didn't work, although tails fell in love near the end and sonic gets a surprise off Amy too, it's a good episode.
