Yes it does. Surprisingly i use 'Scotch Shipping Tape' from time to time and if you put a 2-3 inch piece over your acne prone area, then rip it off, if you look at it you will see all the dirt and oils coming out. you may want to do this a few times because then it gets cleaner the more you do it.
