No. If trans oil is coming out that opening, you have problems that would require removal of the trans.
look about mid way on the transmission, on the drivers side, the drain plug will be on the bottom, and the fill plug will be half way up the casing right above it.

The type transmission fluid for this car depends on the casing. If the casing is aluminum, then use Mercon V. If it is not then 90W-120W gear oil is needed.

Are you sure where the water is coming from? (1) Could it be A/C condensation draining from condensate collector pan? (2) Could it be overflow from the radiator overflow tank? (3) Could it be leaking from the water pump (which could possibly signify imminent failure of the pump)? If you can answer all thes questions in the negative - then take it back to whoever did your gasket work and ask THEM.
