Yes, all vehicle have a fuel filter. Your filter is located under the hood, drivers side, rear engine area, mounted on the passenger side of the master cylinder on the firewall.
In my 2001 I30t owners manual the fuel filter is listed as a non-serviceable item. I checked the manual after buying one to replace it and couldn't locate it easily. Check your manual or call the dealer to be sure.

I have a 2000 Infiniti I30t which I purchased new in Oct 99. My history is a range for 19-22 mostly around town (I am not a lead foot) and as high as 26-29 on the highway cruising at 70-75mph.

There is no cabin air filter.
I went to the Infiniti dealership about this issue. My 2000 I30 had less than 60,000 miles and the alternator went bad. Believe me, there's nothing you can do. I called Infiniti USA, and was told it was not under warranty. It's just a glitch with this model.
turn your temp down to 65 it will be cold just let her run
Under edge of dash, on the driver's side, left of the steering wheel.
remove trim, remove clock, remove clock light harness, and remove and replace clock light bulbs
fuel pump relay may need replacing
force-clean injectors every 30k miles along with engine timing and base idle reseting. use only premium fuel. repair you service engine light codes
