Hello The diagnostic hookup is located beside the hood popping lever. It has a cover that you just pop open to access the diagnostic connector where the obdII plugs into. I have a Volvo V70 T5 2001.

I believe the law states that all vehicles built in or for the united states have a standard OBDII connector within 1 foot of the steering column. look under the dash on the drivers side and you will find it.
