There is a battery in this system that would be overdue for replacement in a 2004.
Perhaps you should try checking your tire pressure and reinflating them to the recommended pressure.
I took my 2004 Suburban to a reputable tire store and they suggest 40lbs of pressure.
You can't. And it's against the law if you do.
It is probably warning you of low tire pressure. Many vehicles now have a system that senses when the tire pressure is low. On my vehicle it is the "tire pressure warning system".
