Well, yeah, it works, but it sure as hell isn't healthy; the only reason you'd lose weight is because you're pretty much starving yourself. Once you started eating normally again, the weight would pile back on. Perhaps just try to eat fewer calories per day, rather than doing an ABC diet.
Well I have heard people losing 25-50 pounds! So even though it's really damaging on your body you lose a lot of weight! ;)
The ABC diet counts every calorie you intake, however, this is true of most diets. The ABC diet is where these calories are restricted to under 500 calories a day.
After the 50-Day-Plan on the ABC diet, most will go to their own restrctive diets or will just begin the 50-Day-Plan again. The ABC diet is extremely dangerous and unhealthy, though, and is not recommended to be followed.

It works for some and then it doesnt work for some other people. It really just depends on how your body adapts to the diet. No diet is a garantee to work.

The kimkins diet does not work for everybody. It is a diet that mainly makes you eat hardly anything, and work out a lot. I would not suggest it to many people.
