Unknown. There is neither evidence that it does nor that it does not.

Statistical estimates (read that as guesses) strongly suggest that there is at least microscopic life somewhere there (even many somewheres).

If it contains macroscopic life it is unlikely to be people as the evolutionary pathway to humans (and every other lifeform) depends on uncountably many "random" and unpredictable events that have essentially zero probably of ever happening the same way again anywhere.
