YES IT DOES! IT WAS AN ORIGINAL IDEA BY STAN MEYER! HE CALLED IT FRACTURING WATER! Its Meyers invention and aquatune found a way to replicate it. Stan used an aquatune idea to directy dump HHO gas in every cylinder instead just letting it mix with the vaccuum and intake like accutune. Aqua tune has only been around since 2000 but yet they advertise they have been around since 1972. The reason they are trying to link themselves to the orignal invention date of Stan Meyer in 1972. Popular Mechanics however did give it a negative reccommendation then again these are the same people that fabricated the description of the 9/11 attacks.
