There are many when one considers God was seen by many human beings beginning with our first parents Adam & Eve. Abraham saw God as Melchizedek and later interceded for Sodom with Him to spare the city if 10 righteous people were found living there. Jacob wrestled with Him and Moses saw His reflection from behind while all Israel heard Him on the mount and agreed to the Covenant.
Most importantly, God as the Word became flesh and lived amongst many for 36 years. So in all these times and through the Prophets and His works of prophecy, God has made Himself known to mankind leaving us without excuse. Even without The Bible and these manifestations to mankind, nature and the physical universe proves God's existence: Here are just 2 Scriptures proving He is:

For the Bible to prove that God is real, we must first of all prove that the Bible is wholly true, at least on matters of theology. Christians certainly believe the Bible is the word of God and is therefore unarguably true, but as a proof of God's existence that is a circular argument. We can not prove the existence of God from the Bible if the truth of the Bible is dependent on the existence of God.
All we can say is that there are various quotes in the Bible that would demonstrate the reality of God if those quotes are true, but the truth of those quotes is a matter of faith, as much so as the existence of God.
