That is not quite the case. As some meetings are only open to certain members of the church you could certainly class these as secret.

Catholic AnswerA "secret meeting" I am assuming means a meeting only open to members, which would include a Knights of Columbus meeting, various committee meetings, a Conclave when they elect a new Pope, and, of course, I don't ever remember being invited to any meeting at the Vatican. Plus every single confession is very secret between the priest and the confessor. Now, if you mean "secret" as in nobody knows about it, then I would have to say that as a life long Catholic, I don't know of any. All of the above are published in the Church bulletin, and the Conclave is usually on the television.
