I don't know about now, but in 1611 the King of England, King James authorized a translation of The Bible to English to be read in Anglican churches.
They may have changed their mind since then, but probably not.
That's why I wonder why so many protestants think the King James Bible is the only version we should read. It was translated by a Non-Protestant denomination, and translated for a King, so the people translating it might have been concerned about offending the King, although there are not many places it seems like that. Before that was the Geneva version, and it's almost as good, the Old Testament is better in the King James version though. Nothing is comparable to the Psalms in the King James Version.
Church officials are not allowed to endorse any political candidate, as that would violate the separation of church and state.
The Nazarene organization does not endorse any particular translation of the Bible but, the New International Version is often used in official references. NIV is the version of choice for the Children and Teen Nazarene Bible Quizzing. The Church of the Nazarene has a Church Manuel (ISBN 083-412-2537) that is "official source book of church government and bylaws, history, doctrine, ritual, and policy of the Church of the Nazarene." (Nazarene Publishing House Website). It is updated every four years at the Church's General Assembly.
It's just Catholic, not Roman Catholic. Roman is an epithet first commonly used in England after the protestant revolt to describe the Catholic Church. It is never used by the official Catholic Church. The "headquarters" of each particular Catholic Church is in its Cathedral, thus each diocese is a "particular Church" headed by a Bishop (or Archbishop). There really is no such thing as the Catholic Church in England, as such, there is the Catholic Church of Westminster, the Catholic Church of York, etc. However, you are probably looking for the Cardinal Archbishop of Westminster, as he is considered the first of the Bishops of England. His see is in Westminster Cathedral in London.
You can apply for church funding to the religious order that a particular church follows. For example the Church of England may help its own churches. You can also apply to certain charities.
Perhaps you mean the Anglican church? You didn't specify which particular king. England has at times had Catholic kings, other times Anglican kings.
The Church of England?
I think you have answered your own question. Anglican Church in England is called the Church of England. The reigning monarch is the head of the Church of England

Antidisestablishmentarianism was a rather specific term. in the 19th century, Britain was planning disestablish the Church of England, or remove the church's status as the State Church. The opposition to that particular movement was anti-disestablishment-arianism.
The Church of England is a Protestant church.
The church of England is the official established church in England and the mother church of the worldwide angelican communion.
Yes, it is like many different churches. There is no “Christian “ church in particular, but Christianity is an idea and a philosophy of how to live just like other religions around the world.
