The Law of God and laws of man are not always in sync. However, England, where the KJV originated was based upon the Biblical Laws to a great extent. Even before the KJV, England was a firm believer in God and The Bible having association with the Church of Rome. A famous quote from the Queen when the Spanish Armada (1588 AD) attempted to conquer England for Rome as it was slipping out of the Catholic grasp was, "Afflavit Deus et dissipantur" or "God blew and they were scattered." High School Latin does pay off :)
' The better question would have been, 'Does the law of the land, obey the KJV of the Bible?'
Yes
If by laws you mean Commands of God, then all 613 of them and the civil and sacrificial laws are in this version. Additionally, Jesus added that we are to love each other as He has loved us.
