This is not true. Depending on the size of your mafia it can take a long time but if you go to my mafia then mafia members you can go through each member. If you want to gift something to a member of your mafia and you have several members( I have over 1144) have them gift you something first then you can gift back. Wish lists are awesome too for sending and receiving several gifts at once. Also helps with the achievement of gifting 500 times. Yes, you can delete the member. Go to "My Mafia" then click on "View (#) members" That will bring up all your members. Find the one you want to delete and double klick on his/her name or icon. How do you change your bagman on Mafia Wars?
Go to the "My Mafia" page, click on the sub-page "My Mafia" and it should show your top mafia members. Under the top mafia member (in this case, the bagman) there should be a little red arrow pointing down. Click this button to demote the current bagman. Then scroll through the list of mafia members to the new soon-to-be-bagman. On the right side of the screen, should be a button saying "Promote." Click this button, this will take you to a new page with a list of all the top mafia positions. Find the bagman position and go to the right side of the screen where it says "Promote." Click this button and you have just changed your bagman.
