hahahaa.....no it doesnt...if it would have...it would have flown away YEARS AGO....leaving back a dull night...
on a serious note, the moon doesnt "fly" off into space because of gravity(the famous newton-apple thingy)...this gravitational pull binds the moon(planets and the whole solar system) into fixed orbits without which it would look like a terrible lot of crashing and "big bangs" among the planets, sun & the moons!
space shuttles fly out to space. For example, the moon or just to orbit Earth. The next mission is trying to get to mars!
The first space probe to fly past the Moon was the Soviet Luna 1 spacecraft in 1959. Luna 1 was intended to impact the Moon, but instead, it missed the Moon and became the first human-made object to enter orbit around the Sun.
000000.1 second
Helen Sharman did NOT fly to the moon. (No woman has yet flown to the moon.) She did however travel into space on 18 May 1991 on Soyuz TM-12 and spent eight days at the Mir space station.
the Luna series...
No, the space shuttle was designed for missions in low Earth orbit and did not have the capability to fly to the moon. The Apollo missions, not the space shuttle, were responsible for sending humans to the moon.
The first space probe to fly past the moon was the Soviet Luna 1 probe in 1959. Luna 1, also known as Mechta, was intended to impact the moon but missed and became the first human-made object to escape Earth's gravity.
No. An airplane is not designed to fly out of the Earth's atmosphere, only a space rocket has the ability to fly to other celestial bodies and space stations.
The Apollo rockets
no i don't think that b Aldrin ever went into space before he went to the moon
sorry but the moon does not fly
None. The moon missions were launched by a Saturn 5 rocket carrying an Apollo space capsule. The space shuttles were used for earth orbit missions.
