Rites? Do you mean Rituals? I don't speak for all Pentecostal Churches but I can tell you that all rituals have a ruler. Rites or rituals are performed for or to someone or something. I personally don't know about your rites but ask yourself are they performed to Jesus?

If it's not Jesus, then it's idolatry (per the word).
