You don't as there are no grease fittings. They are sealed and greased for life.
I'm not sure what year Dodge started this , but we have a 2000 Durango and we were told they do not have greasible grease fittings they are sealed factory fittings ! Cannot be greased !
If it has grease fittings, which is doubtful. You will just have to look and see.

The G5 doesn’t come from the factory with grease fittings but that doesn’t mean that yours doesn’t, a lot of people will change there old worn bushings with new bushings that have grease fittings!
Sounds like the vehicle has never been greased, dried out grease fittings will make it squeak.
Origional equipment components will not have any grease fittings. Once you replace the parts with GOOD aftermarket parts you will have fittings to lube. You should get a few years out of the original parts before they need replacing
The 2004 Chrysler Town and Country front end uses fittings that look like zerks, but do not except grease. The components are sealed and do not need to be greased.
There are no grease fittings, they are sealed units. If a part wears out the replacement part will have grease fittings if required.
