The queens fleet of cars include some great number plates including HRH 1. Some of these have been sold off to raise money for the treasury but the Royal Family still retain a large number of personalised number plates. The car(s) that carry Her Majesty whilst on official duties do not bear a license plate.
The new plates come in at different times. Some states comes in annually and some many years apart.
In Britain, 'S' registration on cars number plates is for the year 1998.

A vin number is at the back and front of a car very clear it is on the number plates of a car and is very big and whatever state your in you have a vin number.
