Yes! I have one and I absolutely love it. It first vacuums the floor, so you don't even have to sweep first, unless it has a lot of dirt, dog hair, or large bits of debris on it, such as leaves that have been tracked in on wet shoes.
It then scrubs the floor, and really does a great job of cleaning them. The rotary scrubbing brushes clean in the grooves between ceramic tiles (and other types of tile) much better than regular sweeping and mopping does. After scrubbing the floor, it also dries it, leaving it streak-free. However, the Scooba is for bare floors only, and is not to be used on your carpet.
You can either purchase the cleaner that is made to be used with it, or you can use a solution of plain white vinegar mixed with water (my preference).
This is an excellent machine for those with back problems, Arthritis, or any other physical problems that makes it difficult to clean floors. I highly recommend it!

To charge a Roomba 530, follow these steps: Locate the charging dock: The Roomba 530 comes with a charging dock, which is usually plugged into an electrical outlet. Place the charging dock in a convenient location where the Roomba can easily access it. Position the Roomba: Make sure the Roomba is turned off and positioned facing the charging dock. The metal charging contacts on the bottom of the Roomba should align with the contacts on the charging dock. Connect the charging dock: Plug the charging dock into an electrical outlet. Dock the Roomba: Place the Roomba onto the charging dock. You should hear a series of tones indicating that the Roomba has started charging. Let it charge: Allow the Roomba to charge until the battery is fully charged. This usually takes a few hours. The power light on the Roomba will turn green when it's fully charged. Remove the Roomba: Once fully charged, remove the Roomba from the charging dock and turn it on using the power button. It's now ready to use. Remember to regularly charge your Roomba to ensure it's always ready to clean your floors effectively.
