yes
Yes the Sims 2 should work on Windows 98.
Yes they can,the same on windows xp and other.
Why yes. Yes there is. They have the Sims 3 for windows vista. Get the Sims 3! It's so awesome! I do believe that they have a Sims 2 game also for windows vista... Yes! There is also a Sims 2 game for windows vista. :D
try install windows xp service pack 2 then install the sims 3 but there might be a chance it will erase the data of the old windows xp if all sorry if this doesn't work.
I have windows 7, and my sims do not flicker. There must be something wrong with your comuter.
You can check the box for required settings of sims 2 and that will be it for body shop. You need to know what your system has to be proficient, but will run on either MAC or Windows.
You have to download a patch, http://thesims2.ea.com/update/?pid=Help_patches download the CD one then it should work.
*Face Palm* YES ! IT WILL WORK !! BUT I RECOMMEND THE LAPTOP YOU PLAY ON IS Acer aspire 5750 ! Good Luck ;]
I installed Sims 2 Double Deluxe (Comes with the original Sims 2 game and the nightlife and party stuff expansion packs.) and it works great. I haven't had any problems with it. I have an hp laptop with windows 7.
I think that most already work. I have Sims Life Stories on my Vista Premium laptop, and it works fine, except a little lag now and then but that's because my hardware sucks... so just try them, but I know that The Sims 2 Deluxe does not work, but u could get The Sims 2 and all the expansion packs. The Sims 2 DOUBLE Deluxe works.
No.
Yes, The Sims 2 University expansion pack is compatible with Windows Vista. You need The Sims 2 original stand-alone game before the expansion pack will work. If you have problems running it on Windows Vista, try right-clicking on the shortcut and choosing "Run as Administrator..." and then choosing "Allow" when the dialog box pops up. Also, make sure your computer has all the recommended specs to run The Sims 2 University (which most likely it does if it is running Windows Vista!)
