No. The only weapon related to the AK which used the 7.62x33 (.30 US Carbine) round was a variant of the Israeli Galil rifle, intended for police forces. It was not a success.
Although there are many variations, most AK47 shoot a ~30 caliber bullet (7.62mm).
you shoot them with a ak47
If you can pull the trigger you are old enough to shoot the AK47. There were child solders in the African country that could barely carry the AK but they could shoot it.
Shoot it with a ak47
It's possible, but not recommended practice.

yes it's safety lever has a SEMI AUTO option.
You can only use .30 carbine ammo or the European designation 7.62X33 ammo
your question is not specific enough, .30 cal carbine can be anything, as for 1944 can also mean a very wide range of firearms. for the two I know of: M1 Carbine, .30 carbine caliber, semiautomatic carbine Inland - around $800 Mosin Nagant M44 carbine, manuf 1944 in very good condition (like if you bought "new" from a store) around $90. there are hundreds of ".30 cal carbine" that are also manufactured in "1944".
You get the ak47 or m16 or glock and shoot the eagle in the groin
