Since mars is so similar to earth the do have storms mostly including sand storms but they do have other storms too!!
There are dust storms and clouds on Mars. Winds are generated through the heating of the martian atmosphere. There are no water clouds like we see on earth though.
yes it has 3 types ignoa lylis and sagd
Actually, any planet with an atmosphere has storms. See Jupiter-- the Red Spot is a storm that has been going on for decades. Storms are caused by air currents and their resulting temperature changes. Earth has a relatively thick atmosphere, so we get a lot of storms.
Meteorology would be useful on Mars but not on Mercury. Mercury does not have a substantial atmosphere and therefore has no weather to speak of. Mars has enough of an atmosphere to produce weather such as dust storms.

It is still thick enough to allow for immense dust storms to exist.
Mars-ish. AKA temperatures vary widely between night and day, there's giant dust storms, no atmosphere, and lots of rocks.
yes, mars has dust storms.
they are very bad if mars storms happen we get lollipops
Tropical storms are fueled by water vapor that evaporates from warm ocean water. This water vapor holds enormous amounts of energy in the form of latent heat. Mars has no oceans and has very little water vapor in its atmosphere, so it cannot sustain such storms.
Yes. Mars experiences massive dust storms.
No, there is no evidence of any wind on Mercury, as Mercury's atmosphere is practically a vacuum, therefore it is impossible to have any air currents, and as air currents are the cause of wind, it is not really the best place to try to fly a kite. I like that answer -Onyx
