What if Cuban missile crisis had ended in nuclear war?

No one would be able to ask this question, or systems such as this wouldn't exist to ask the question.

How did the nuclear war start in 1962?

Nuclear War did NOT start in 1962. If it had we wouldn't be here and this web site wouldn't exist. We got very close to it with the Cuban Missile Crisis, but it didn't happen.

What was the Cabinet Crisis of 1923?

There was a 1923 German Cabinet Crisis. There was a 1923 Philippine Cabinet under Governor General Leonard Wood. There may have been one in Nepal, England, Egypt, Botswana or Tahit, if there was, they are irrelevant to the question without a guess. They are not related. The Reichstag still worked and so did the Philippine Islands, more or less. The strange thing is that republican ideals and democratic concepts can and do co-exist.

Do the Shoshone still exist?

How did the energy crisis start?

The energy crisis maybe partially a result of environmentalists' refusal to allow the construction of new refineries, drilling for oil in some of the largest reserves in the world, or building nuclear power plants. The energy crisis is possibly several things intertwined and for ease of conversation they are put in a nutshell called [the energy crisis] It did not exist until a need for energy other then food stuff became into being. It may have been furthered along on its path to current prominence by the change in the western world from a agrarian society to a consumer based society . It could have also been started when the consumption of fuel exceeded the supply. This could have been a direct result of supply and demand or due to manipulation of markets by suppliers originally but currently manipulation of supply by cartel is happening. Possible when civilization went into the industrial revolution and energy needs expanded it started then first with the need for whale oil then coal now oil.

Did the cold war actually happen?

No, the government erased everyone's minds. The Cold War included a number of constituent wars such as the Korean War, the Vietnamese War, the Cuban Revolution, etc., and many significant incidents and maneuvers such as the Cuban Missile Crisis, the Bay of Pigs invasion, etc. There was never any declaration of war (even the Vietnamese War was officially classified as a "police action") and the war was as much metaphorical as actual; it also ended without any peace treaty being signed, when the USSR ceased to exist by voting itself out of existence.

If you sent an airstrike to cuba would the USSR strike Berlin?

Not sure what decade you are living in, but the USSR ceased to exist almost twenty years ago. And Cuba.... Well, who knows if Castro is still alive and his brother Raul is not even half as bad as Fidel was in his youth. So the US has no reason to send an airstrike to Cuba. Didn't happen during the Cuban Missile crisis, nor the cold war. It ain't gonna happen now!

Why did the Japanese Government want to have a war with the US in the first place?

Japan did not want a war with the US. Japan had over multiple occasions tried to diplomatically solve its differences with the US, but the US did not give an audience. Instead, the US created a blockade cutting off raw materials such as steel and oil from reaching Japan. Japan only had supplies for 6 months of production. the modernized Japan was dependent on its industry. without industry Japanese people had no jobs. If the industry shut down, then their economy would crash with no prospect of recovering. Basically the country of Japan would cease to exist as it did then. Japan had two options. One was to abide by the blockade and cease to exist. The other was to somehow break through the blockade to continue to exist. Japan attacked the US to break the blockade. Japan decided to exist.

Why did Castro felt threatened about the US?

Castro felt threatened by the US due to their attempts to undermine his leadership and socialist regime in Cuba. The Bay of Pigs invasion in 1961 and the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962 heightened tensions between the two countries, leading Castro to see the US as a threat to his government's survival.

What are the means of delivery of nuclear weapons?

The primary means of delivery of nuclear weapons is by missile, either from a land based missile silo, or from a submarine. However, they can also be dropped from planes (like conventional bombs) or smuggled into a target zone as luggage, if security measures are sufficiently lax. Even nuclear artillery shells exist.

Why the cold war did not end with direct confrontation?

1. Korea may have gone "hot", but President Truman cooled the heads of some of his commanders (MacArthur as one example). 2. With Korea as a fresh reminder; North Vietnam wasn't invaded and nukes were not supposed to be discussed; but contingency plans did exist (which is nearly SOP anyway, since during the cold war, it was US doctrine to "strike first" (with nukes); termed "first strike capability." 3. The Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962 was the only time the cold war really was going to go hot. The only reason it didn't was because the Soviets backed down. Cuba is (was) to the US what Korea is (was) to Japan...a dagger pointed at their chests (historically stated words from the respective leadership at the time). Being geographically too close is what makes (made) them dangerous. A. Korea was responsible for the 1904-1905 war between Russia and Japan. B. Cuba was responsible for the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962.

When is time Crisis 5 coming out?

Why does the British Red Cross exist?

Because it was formed in 1870, to mobilise the power of humanity so that individuals and communities can prepare for, deal with and recover from a crisis. It still exists because there is a ongoing need for this mission.
