Speech production is in the Broca's area of the left frontal cortex, and speech comprehension is processed in the Wernike area of the left temporal lobe.

Men's frontal cortex doesn't fully evolve till they are at least 23 but Woman's frontal cortex is fully evolve when they are 18. That's why college-aged women generally are more mature then guys.
