Yes , if the button on top of the fuel pump inertia switch ( shut off switch )
has popped UP , then no power is going to the electric fuel pump
If you mean the fuel pump inertia switch , the button should be down . If it has popped up , the switch is tripped and there is no power going to your electric fuel pump
