A Rhino can keep a pace of at the least 30mph (approx) for a considerable distance. The only occasion i saw a rhino running was alongside the tour Jeep i was in because the beast had obviously been startled or angered it was carving a path through trees and bushes as if they were not there. So the answer is if a rhino wants to move fast then yes it certainly can.
