Guys check out a lot of girls as they get older that's what they do. He sounds like someone who is shy because he hasn't talked to you. He may be interested in you but be scared of being rejected as we are as well talk to him and get a feel for the sort of person he is and see if you are interested good luck ANC hope you find out
