I bought the memorex disc repair today, and have to say, it's terrible. I have tried to repair 3 discs and I was unable to completely repair any of them. One disc I was able to get it so it didn't skip, but there was still another problem, later on in the disc that it didn't work for.
I would say at best it is a real crap shoot, as to weather or not it will work. It's cheap enough to give it a shot, but I wouldn't put my hopes into it.
