No. A spouse or ex spouse cannot get an order to prevent you from seeing someone else. They could get a no contact order to keep you away from them but not someone else.
Yes.
If he keeps in touch or initiates contact without needing or wanting anything from you is one way to tell. Also is he spending time with you. You can always ask him how he feels or if he is seeing someone else. Who is he seeing at lunch or weekends, if it's not you-find out if it's someone else.
You can't. Unless the person is your own child, you cannot tell somebody who they can & cannot see. That's being petty & selfish. If you're trying to stop someone from seeing someone else because they're being harmed or you feel they're putting themselves into danger, you can contact authorities & tell them you suspect that the person needs help.
You don't go there.
Ask around. Someone knows.
Ask him, or follow him.
I'm not sure who you mean by him, but I'm guessing an ex or boyfriend. You can't really stop anyone from seeing anyone. You can talk to him about it if you want, but there isn't really a way to keep people from dating others.
because he still misses you or he hasn't found anyone else or he has found someone else but this person could be somone that you know or very close with.
no it usually is because they are seeing someone else or their scared of change.
I guess I'd have to answer that question back with another question: Why would you want a man back after he has walked out on you and your children and is seeing someone else?
you will know when he starts acting weird
