Well, based on my experience in continuous usage of nose huggie the item really work, I was once visit a surgeon and he said that the bridge in my nose has almost bony deposit of cartilage across it. With Nose Huggies during my first two uses, my bridge does feel narrower and i felt a little bit pain. Later on in constant use, I no longer felt the pain rather only feel pressure when I wear it. This little contraption fits so do not worry if you have a wide nose. Now, I can say that my nose is wide across the bridge.
