No there isn't any sexual themes in this game. I own undead nightmare myself and there is no nudity , gambling or scary parts. There is violence obviously because its the aim of the game ; stay alive for aslong as possible and complete it! It is rated 18 in the UK but 15 in Australia. Personally it should of been rated 15 in the UK. Alot of kids have this game and they enjoy it alot!

No it is not. We want more purchases of our game. It seems like it should be rated T for Teen. Really there is no nudity there is just human like figure for clothes. you can delete the blood and language. The drugs are just listed because there is home made cigarettes that may look like drugs.
