No a solenoid switch (full name) does not control a cars electrical system.
The solenoid is an electrically operated switch that sends power to the starter motor which in turn cranks the car's engine to start it.
The reason a second (electrical) switch is needed to crank the starter motor, is that the starter motor requires such high voltage that the key would melt if all that power were to run through it.
In other words; When you turn the key you are sending a small amount of power to the solenoid switch which in turn sends a large amount of power to the starter motor.
The Evap canister (charcoal canister ) collects fuel vapour until it is drawn into the intake system when the evap solenoid is operated by the ECU
If your car makes a clicking sound when you try to start it, try to jump the battery. If that starts it, check the electrical system and if it was the battery, replace the battery. If jumping it does not fix it, have a mechanic look at it.
The electronic control module is an embedded system that controls one or more of the electrical systems in a motor vehicle. These are sometimes referred to as the car's computer.
Transmission Control Solenoid
There is an electrical problem between the starter switch and the starter solenoid. The most likely cause is a loose connection at the solenoid or the fusable link has melted.
The electrical system
You will damage the electrical system of the car
can you still drive the car with p2716 code . or i mean cheak engine light is on .
Electrical Control Unit. It's the "computer" of the car.
Could be "Electrical Center" or "Electronic Control".
This is the electrical wiring that is used for lights, ignition, radio etc that is in a car
Finding a short in a vehicle's electrical system usually involves isolating parts of the electrical system and looking or testing to see if the problem still exists.
