The Special K diet works with ANYTHING that has the same number of calories as a bowl of Special K. There's absolutely nothing special about Special K- it's a load of sugar with hardly any fiber with a bunch of vitamins sprayed on. You could practically consume a bowl of gummi bears with a centrum multivitamin tablet and end up consuming essentially the same thing.
