yes and no their are off set bolt holes on a 350 engine chevrolete because their are two diffrent fly wheels if you have the small fly wheel then your holes off set each other on your starter if you have the large fly wheel then the holes go straight a cross if their is a plug you have to snap into get replacement plug (napa, dealer about $13) connect replacement plug into old start wire just tie into it tape up old wire in case you ever need to switch back and you done
