The red wire is the hot wire. The black wire is the ground wire. The green wire is the speaker wire. The white wire is the auxiliary wire.
OK i have a '93 Galant of my girlfriends that I am trying to wire. This is what I found that helped me out the most. Go down to Chrysler/Mitsubishi Joint and it will show you the color in the dash...and the Modern harness color. http://www.installdr.com/Harnesses/DCP-Wiring.pdf That helped me alot. Only problem its says is not to use the illuminator or dimmer wires.

Slide the shifter back in place when the car is turned off. Disconnect the negative cable of the battery and secure it from any contact with metallic parts. Open the CD slot and you find two bolts holding the stereo in place. Remove the bolts and pull out the stereo.
Actually the anti theft device is just a metal bracket that connects to the indash stereo itself and bolts on to the inside of the stereo unit housing (way towards the back!) . It can easily be re-connected. It can even be reconnected after putting in an aftermarket stereo as well
There is none.
You have to get a code for it. You can get from the internet ir Mitsubishi, but its not free.
if you don't have the infinty system installing an after market stereo is very simple. just pop off the frame around the stereo (it has the climite controls on it as well) there aren't any screws it just pops out and then there are 4 screws to remove the deck from the frame around it. there is also a very nice blot for grounding if it is needed. however where it used to say the radio information it will now say "E Com" I'm working on how to fix that one still.
